Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will grant you absolute command over your email boxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mail account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your e-mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming mail messages based on certain rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Simply select the e-mailbox account you wish to redirect messages from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
